Fluorolog-tau-3 (Horiba Jobin-Yvon) with TCSPC option (Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting) is a highly sensitive fluorescence spectrophotometer enabling measurements of steady-state spectra and time-resolved measurements at picosecond resolution. The instrument operates within a wide spectral range from UV to NIR enabling studies of liquid and solid samples. In the steady-state mode, the sample is excited by the xenon lamp, while the luminescent or laser diodes are used as sources in time-resolved measurements. The spectrometer is equipped with two detectors: PMT (range 250 nm - 800 nm)
